Citric Acid

Citric acid, which naturally occurs in the structure of plants, is obtained by the fermentation of corn. Also known as lemon salt, it is an organic acid that is colorless, crystalline, and has a chemical formula of "C6H8O7". Citric acid has a wide range of uses in many different sectors such as the food sector, agriculture sector, pharmaceuticals, metal production and processing. It is a preferred acidity regulator in the food and beverage sector due to its high solubility, pleasant taste, and aroma blending properties. Our products are produced in compliance with the Food Chemicals Codex, European Pharmacopoeia Reference Standards (EP), USP and EP food additive specifications.
