* Continuous training to hold personnel at all levels of the food chain, from raw materials to product sales, responsible for the food safety management system, to inform and raise awareness about facility safety and food defence. to carry out its activities, to promote food safety culture to employees; to adopt and enforce, 

* To make production by using the functional and advanced technology resources in the production facility in an efficient way,
