Organic Waste Is Not Worthless: We Turn It Into Energy
Eco-Friendly Solutions with Anaerobic Treatment
The high-organic-load wastewater generated during our production processes is treated with an IC Reactor system. In this advanced biotechnological system, microorganisms break down organic components and produce two key outputs:
Treated Water, Biogas.
Treated Water
Converted into environmentally safe water
that meets sewage standards.
Biogas
A gas rich in methane and carbon dioxide
used for clean energy production.
Biogas Becomes Steam, Energy Efficiency Increases
We don’t treat biogas as a mere byproduct — we see it as a strategic energy resource. It is burned in our boiler system to produce steam. As a result:
Saving Natural Gas
With an annual biogas output of approximately 3.5 million Nm³, we save about 2.4 million Nm³ of natural gas.
Carbon Footprint
By emitting biogenic CO₂, we reduce our carbon footprint and support environmental balance.
Capture, Convert, Reuse: CO₂ Recovery from the Ethanol Process
We do not release the carbon dioxide (CO₂) generated during ethanol production directly into the atmosphere. Instead, we capture this gas, convert it into liquid form, and recover it for reuse in various industrial processes. Thanks to this practice:
