• To provide high-quality products by ensuring product safety at all times,
• To carry out production in hygienic environments and conditions, within defined objectives,
• To hold employees at every stage of the food chain, from raw materials to product sales, accountable for the food safety management system; to conduct continuous training activities to inform and raise awareness among employees about facility safety and food defence; and to instil and enforce a food safety culture among employees,
• To produce using the functional and advanced technologies available at the production facility in the most efficient manner,
• To monitor the food safety management system using the most effective methods and review it at specific intervals with measurable targets,
• To not use counterfeit or adulterated materials as production inputs, and to not resort to counterfeiting or adulteration in our products,
• To ensure that all declarations made to relevant parties are legal and accurate,
• To create a favourable environment for the prevention and reduction of food loss and waste, supporting improvement efforts and ensuring related awareness,
• To continuously improve the existing food safety management system and food safety and quality culture by providing all necessary resources, including internal and external communication.
